We are 2 Fat Guys Productions, makers and purveyors of original model kits and accessories. Our philosophy is to provide top quality, original model kits, accessories and customer service, at a good price.
Our Pledge:
We only sell quality. Every part is inspected before packaging. If we wouldn't buy it ourselves, we won't sell it.
We only sell original kits. We don't do recasts. Recasts are the scourge of the GK industry. By extension, we reserve the right to refuse service to known recasters.
We don't take pre-orders. If it's not in stock, we don't accept your money. Too many garage kit companies subsidize their business by accepting funds for product that doesn't yet exist. We're not one of them. This might mean kits are a bit slower to market, but it also means the customer isn't waiting for an extended period of time on something already paid for with hard-earned cash.
We promise the kind of customer service we would like to get from people we would buy from. This means, we'll bend over backwards to make you happy. Missing a piece? Broke a piece? Just email us, and we'll get you a replacement.
